Jo is passionate about people and brings over 20 years of experience as a Police Officer, where she developed strong interviewing and investigative skills. These strengths led her to head up our recruitment department, enabling her to build rapport quickly and match the right candidates to the right roles. With a positive, hands-on approach, Jo supports all areas of the business and has a particular focus on screening where she completes files accurately, efficiently, and in line with current legislation.

Katrina manages MATCHUP’s financial operations with precision, drawing on her experience in banking and bookkeeping. She handles everything from payroll and invoicing to reporting and compliance, ensuring systems stay accurate and efficient. Despite being in a part-time role, Katrina makes a full-time impact—her attention to detail, trustworthiness, and ability to quietly keep things running behind the scenes makes her an essential part of the MATCHUP team.
Zoe founded MATCHUP in 2021 after eight years in the security industry, where she gained experience in screening, operations, and staffing. Frustrated by the sector’s one-size-fits-all approach, she created MATCHUP to offer a more personalised, relationship-focused recruitment model. Zoe leads with passion, precision, and a strong belief in building solid foundations from the start. Under her direction, MATCHUP prioritises quality over quantity - delivering tailored solutions that meet the evolving needs of both clients and candidates.
Cat brings a wealth of operational experience to MATCHUP with nearly 10 years in the industry. She began in sales and admin support before transitioning into rostering, mobile operations, and project management. Since joining in 2024, she has led resourcing coordination, liaised with clients, and overseen staff training and coverage. Her hands-on knowledge and exceptional organisational skills help ensure our workforce is deployed smoothly and efficiently across all client contracts.
Daisy began her career in sales before moving into recruitment, where she found her passion for people-focused work. She spent 18 months as an internal recruiter at Chancellors Estate Agents, overseeing the full hiring process for internal roles. Now at MATCHUP, Daisy is expanding into 360° recruitment—bringing her enthusiasm for relationship-building, candidate experience, and a creative approach to developing tailored, long-term recruitment solutions.
Emily joined MATCHUP early last year after several years working in London’s theatre industry as a Stage Manager. Her creative background developed strong organisational and multitasking skills, which she now brings to her role at MATCHUP. Having initially joined the recruitment team, Emily now provides marketing and administrative support while helping to keep the day-to-day operations of the business running smoothly. With a detail-oriented mindset, proactive approach, and professional attitude, she plays a key role in supporting both the team and the wider business.
Abbie joined MATCHUP in July 2024 as our Resourcing Support. She plays a key role in supporting our Strategic Resourcing Manager, Cat, with the day-to-day running of the resourcing department, ensuring our operations are organised and our officers are fully supported. Abbie is also responsible for overseeing our London team. Her role includes coordinating staffing requirements, assisting with recruitment and screening, managing workforce communications, and ensuring our officers have everything they need to deliver a professional service to our clients.
After working for the NHS, Jackie joined MATCHUP in 2022 as our Screening Executive. She brings a calm, methodical approach to her role, ensuring every candidate we place meets the highest standards of professionalism and compliance. From background checks to reference verification, Jackie plays a vital part in maintaining the integrity of our recruitment process. Her attention to detail, discretion, and commitment to quality help build trust with both clients and candidates from day one.
